I'm wheelchair bound and the tour was such a breeze. I particularly enjoyed watching the coin striking machines work its magic in sync. I've since started collecting American coins, especially the older ones. Its such a rewarding hobby. Seriously, coin minting is no joke and the process is quite tedious, there's so much craft and history that goes into it you know. I recommend anyone who's interested in discovering a part of American history to pay the Mint a visit. Best of all, the tours are provided free of charge!
